# Multiplayer with makecode arcade hardware

For meowbit, I know you can play multiplayer games if you get both meowbits a [wireless module](https://www.kittenbot.cc/products/meowbit-wireless-sd-module?srsltid=AfmBOopisf4DbyYoKBlzDwQt1PfDIPEGvlrhBW15P_xoUetTq5n620Tg) so they can use the ‘radio’ blocks and transmit data to each other wirelessly!  
If the transfer cable didn’t work, it might be because [in this post](https://forum.makecode.com/t/multiplayer-connect-meowbits/34915) it’s mentioned the API required for multiplayer over a cable has changed. (The post also has a video of a successful multiplayer hardware game which is linked in the description of the video, if you want to try that one!)
