This is an interesting question I haven’t seen asksed before! 🤔 Actually @WoofWoof , the tutorial blocks are just normal extension blocks, so you can use them in normal Makecode.  
You can import the ‘Bubble’ blocks to use in your project as an extension, using this extension link:
