# My Character keeps dying randomly

When My character gets to level 2 in my game. He will spawn in and die. I checked the tilemap. There is nothing there. He just dies. Please help.

hmm… do you have it so he dies if he crosses a specific threshold? like if his y level gets lower than the bottom of the screen, he dies?

I had that problem with my games a long time ago. The reason was there was a kill block there so the player just rams into it. If could send the code then I might be able to help!
