cool game! i highly recommend removing the input delay for attacks, it makes it much more satisfying. you could also have 2-3 recovery frames after the attack frame to sell the idea that you’ve swiped.  
Also it’s helpful to have an invisible “hitbox” spite that doesn’t change size, this helps the charactersprite not get stuck on things when you animate it (which can change it’s size)

The problem i have found is that even though you are out of boost, the boosting still works.
