# \[News\] Remote learning with the MakeCode team

Hey folks,

Most of the MakeCode team is working from home due to covid-19; we figure a lot of kids and adults alike are stuck in the same situation, so we’re going to be trying out a few experiments with our YouTube channel. Next week, MakeCode team members will be hosting some live streams of our various editors.

Before we get started, I wanted to ask some questions to get an idea of what people would find useful:

- What would you like to see covered in a MakeCode Arcade/micro:bit/Minecraft EDU live stream?
- Is this forum a good place to hold the live chat/discussion?
- Is there a type/genre of game you’d like to see made in MakeCode Arcade?
- Is there a fun mod you’d like to build in Minecraft?

We’ll be streaming live but the videos will be uploaded to our YouTube channel for later viewing. We hope these will be a good introduction to both coding and game design. There is more information to come as we finalize our plans and a schedule, so stay tuned!
