nvmpl, Nano Virtual Machine Program Language

this is a really early version, i have not complete all the opcodes and stuff.  
i plan on making it so you can compile assembly/a custom language and be able to run it on make code.  
and have multiple programs on one device using makecode.

theres no program menu or custom programs yet. if you want to see the code of the example program check the code

the example program draws a line, if A is pressed it resets, if B is pressed it halts.

sorry for the huge break btw, been dealing with a lot of personal stuff.
