# Oops - something went wrong when trying to convert your code

I am getting this error when going from javascript to blocks and I cannot figure it out - any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe this is happening because of the “🧊” characters in your text, which we don’t currently support. I’m currently looking into whether or not we have an issue filed for this in the MakeCode repos, but for now, if you remove those characters, it should be able to convert again. Sorry for the trouble!

If you remove the blue icons inside the text strings on line 147 and 148, the code will convert back to blocks.

I believe this is a bug related to the same error with icons in comments here:
