# Paddle Tutorial

Hi,

Tomorrow I am going to teach my class the paddle game (and introduce functions). I have built the code but the paddles will only work together with one set of buttons. I have been through the tutorial multiple times trying to find my error. Have I missed something or is this not really a 2player?

PS My class are absolutely loving arcade. We are working through the tutorials and I use each one to introduce an element of code. I then use the makecode youtube video lessons to show the children cool ways to mod their games. This has been a massive help during lockdown especially as all my teaching has been remotely via Teams.

In the move right paddle function, see that it uses a slightly different movesprite block – it’s below the original block you had.
