# plot brightness on micro:bit

There’s a [plot brightness](https://makecode.microbit.org/reference/led/plot-brightness) block in the documentation but I don’t see this in the editor. It’s not in beta version either, where is it? How would the value be retrieved, [point  
([https://makecode.microbit.org/reference/led/point](https://makecode.microbit.org/reference/led/point)) only appears to return a boolean?
