The website I use to make the profile pictures is called MakeCode arcade. (You may have heard of it)
The process:
Step one: Think of what I’m going to make and make a palette to fit it.
Step two: Create a blank (Usually 30x30) image and draw an outline of what I’m going to make.
Step three: Edit the outline to match what I’m making more and fill it in with the main colour/colours.
Step four: Add a bunch of shading to the image.
Step five: Screenshot and post the image.
It’s very simple.
