When running `pxt staticpkg` on non-arcade targets (like `pxt-ev3`), the build output still includes unnecessary entrypoints:

- `kiosk.html`

- `multiplayer.html`

These files are specific to MakeCode Arcade or classroom setups and are not needed for hardware/robotics targets. They create extra build bloat and leave non-working public URLs.

Right now, we have to manually delete them with post-build cleanup scripts (`rm -f built/packaged/kiosk*`).

Could `pxt staticpkg` automatically skip copying these arcade-specific pages for targets that don’t use them, or provide a config flag to opt out?
