I agree in saying that when AI came it got worse, and also with video games and virtual content being on them it has gotten worse, although it has made communication and other everyday tasks easier. While I could make a case for both sides, I will say they have made things worse, especially the younger generation getting their hands on them and using them, as when I was eating dinner at a resturant recently, I saw a group of 9-10 year olds filming videos and posting them on some website.

Now I remember way I cry at technology class (it’s fun, but no thank you, Frist get that robot away from me) Why can’t things be normal, even the animals are starting to act like humans.

In all honesty, I have to say phones have made things worse. Kids have gotten very addicted to their phones because of all the addictive media, and AI is shoved everywhere for absolutely no reason. Sure, it makes things like communication and art easier for on-the-go activities, but there have been other products that did similar things. Take the Nintendo 3DS for example, before the servers shut down, you could use software like swapnote to write/draw almost anything, and use spotpass and streetpass to spread that around with friends and/or family. While it’s definitely more limiting, it’s still just as easy as using a phone, if not easier. Plus, there’s still everything else a 3ds can do, especially when adding homebrew.
