Hey why is there a charge in my account for 100 peanut butter cups, and then 100 candy-size nanobots, and then a scribble in red pen that says ‘btw these are filled with bombs’ next to it? I swear, I’ve had my candy bomb-diffused, nanobot-inspected, razerblade-removed, poison-tested, and bug-sprayed. I think these ‘gaurds’ @GoObErsandwichdude64 and @redSprite are just making up reasons to confiscate the candy for themselves! 🙄 …I’ll keep rock candy in my office for now, so we can see what’s inside 🙂‍↕️ ---

# 🌤 June Update! After a much-needed break, the updates are back!! 🥳 I hope you all had a great solstice and are (enjoying / burning in) the heat of summer or just getting cozy for winter. Thank you all for being so patient, I am so so excited for the most MakeCode summer ever!! 😆 This month i’ve been working on another new extension for you all: **The transparency extension!** 👁️‍🗨️ \* \*_Technically translucency, but this is simpler_ Just make a sprite transparent to have its colors fade slightly into the background, like you can see through it: > **[transparency #3 working!](https://arcade.makecode.com/78318-79253-39156-44764)** > > Made with ❤️ in Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. I’ve had so much fun making this extension (thanks to plenty of help [in this thread!](https://forum.makecode.com/t/is-there-an-on-sprite-image-updated-block/44739)) but I feel like the extension could do so much _more_: Custom opacities, animation support, contrast optimization, and lots of optimization. So, the extension is currently in Beta so I can work on it longer without delaying the update!
