# Really urgent help

I have an even more serious problem… I can’t install any extensions! I tried some like the text and stuff but they all don’t work! I really hope someone has an answer to this problem, if so I’ll be really grateful!!! 😔 😔 😔

Hi EuJeen, so sorry this is happening. I saw your other post ([https://arcade.makecode.com/55595-67811-66502-78188](https://arcade.makecode.com/55595-67811-66502-78188)), and I wonder if the two issues are related. Can you try going to the beta site (MakeCode Arcade beta) and installing an extension there? [https://arcade.makecode.com/beta](https://arcade.makecode.com/beta)

Alternately, try installing an extension from an incognito/inprivate browser tab.
