@Sarge For my [Mini Game Jam #2](https://forum.makecode.com/t/announcement-makecode-arcade-mini-game-jam-2-submission-thread/14534/14) game, I used this to save my tilemaps
and this to load my tilemaps
It worked pretty well, but I had to save walls separately. I just figured I’d pull this out if it could help you encode tilemaps (if you haven’t already figured that out!)

I like how your saving saves it just Takes too long to load for me
for saving tile maps I use this thing I made you might want to look at it and learn a bit

I am stuck on saving tilemap and walls for a 2d sandbox game where the player can build, i might build off of your code idea or ask for help from you, I hope that is ok.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! The code I wrote for saving tilemaps is freely copy-able!
Also the notification on my phone was funny, it said was “nobody replied to your comment” and I was like “why are you notifying me if nobody replied MakeCode?” but then I realized that your username is @NobodyNomad lol
