Well first I modify the palette with a website called [https://lospec.com/palette-list](https://lospec.com/palette-list) and the [Sprite Editor Color View](https://forum.makecode.com/t/sprite-editor-color-view/3725/2), then I draw all my tilesets and sprites in black (Or the darkest color in the modified palette). Then, I spend a lot of time designing the black spots into a simple design that matches a certain theme. Lastly, I add shades.

Also, this art is all coming from a thirteen year old 😀
