I noticed in the ReadMe of pxt-arcade it talks about creating Sprite Packs that show up in the gallery. Can these be made as extensions hosted on github and imported with the URL? Or does this only work when running PXT locally?

The CLI commands there only work locally to generate the sprite pack, but they output an extension like [this one](https://github.com/adafruit/Circuit-Playground-Character-Icons), which will load the images into the gallery as expected.
