this does not apply to makecode. we have no texels, the only way to rotate things is using pixels.

that video you linked is referring to “fake” pixel games in modern game engines where the pixel art is just an aesthetic choice and the screen is actually rendered at a higher resolution. games in makecode are all rendered at the exact resolution of the screen; 160x120. there is no way to draw pixels off of the pixel grid

what about full screen or PC? most people use it instead of console

that’s just not how makecode works. the screen size is the screen size, regardless of if it’s on browser or hardware.
