One issue i’ve ran into is optimizing my game for lower end pcs (school chromebook)
For Ilses to be playable it has to run at about 40 fps and for most levels its at about 35fps (larger ones about 20fps)
i haven’t implemented the coin rendering richard gave me yet witch may fix the issue but i wanted to ask first
How important is keeping Ilse playable on Chromebooks
Not that important
Kinda Important
of utmost importance
0voters
NOTE: on anything more powerful then a Potato It runs completely fine
Its so hard to keep working on any of my projects right now
(your telling me a fantasy console isn’t meant for large games!!?!?!)
I’m not even sure i want to post what i have currently but my school chromebook is to weak to work on it and my main pc is glitched where A and D don’t work at all (Same as here)
and while it may leave a sour taste in the mouths of anyone wanting to play Isles or Laser Larry i dont think im going to be able to finish them sorry.
Ive already started learning Lua but i may come back to finish them later nothing is planned right now.
