That’s not very nice! It was a lot worse back then. You also put words in Tasers mouth. Not all new users are bad, he never said that. And, lastly, there is nothing off topic about this post. It was made to highlight a very serious issue, and, as a matter of fact, actually worked. So please don’t say this stuff if yo don’t have the details… you said it yourself, you only read half.

Thanks, @Luke and @Taser , for your thoughtful and well-researched responses. Shouts out, too, to @ChimbroDaPro , @personalnote , and @Sarge . I appreciate your tactful and well-formed posts, here and elsewhere, to draw my attention to this.
We’re trying as hard as we can to allow as much discourse (pun intended)[1] as possible while also limiting the off-topic shenanigans. It’s a difficult balance, and we sometimes follow our instincts without having read an entire thread. We also work a bit in isolation. I try to take care of the weekends and mornings in the Eastern Time Zone so that the MakeCode team doesn’t have a deluge during their Mondays through Fridays in the Pacific Time Zone.
I do feel bad for the Monday morning person, because I leave most of the questionable posts for you. 😆
You’re all really good at flagging things that we miss. I’d guess that, most of the time, it’s because the moderator who approved the post simply missed the context of the post. Please keep flagging things that you find objectionable or grossly off-topic. Please don’t be offended if we disagree with you.
Thanks, as always, for your patience, your grace, your understanding, and, most importantly, your participation. I brag about all of you often, because I think you’re all awesome.

No … not officially. 😃 A couple of months ago, the team asked me to help out with moderating the forums, and I agreed. So, I help out when I can … mostly weekends and mornings.
