# Tutorial tool, some modifiers not working

1. Docs show @fullscreen and @unplugged are deprecated, but @showhint and @showdialog don’t appear to work in the tutorial tool

2. MakeCode macros (~hint, ~tip, ~alert, etc.) not working in tutorial tool. Is there a special package that needs to be added to work in the tool?

3. Is there a way to embed the serial monitor in the tutorial text? Fallback option is to use `|serial monitor|`
