Video, this is a fairly new 16 in One kit of projects using Technics by Lego and a power expansion board to assemble moving displays such as windmills/helicopters and other engaging projects. New feature from this company: they include a workbook as shown, assembly pictures which challenge kids as do-it-yourself activity. Company’s tutorial web page (link in description) gives much more information on assembly and coding and theory.
