# walk animation from old tutorial

Hi I based my walk animation off [this tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DhGcCPfOU4) on the MakeCode site and at this point

I searched around and found [this post](https://forum.makecode.com/t/why-i-could-not-make-player-walking-animation/4968) that said “use a truncate block” which I tried but that did not work, as well. Any easy way to create a simple walking animation? Thanks for any help.
