This is a place where you tell the food you like. I like a good toast with jam or a slice of cream cheese and raspberry jam crostata with a cup of coffee. The food I like for lunch is duuuuh sandwiches. Snack is fruit or a cookie. Dinner is pasta pasta PASTA!!! The pasta is homemade and most of the time it is fennel or pepper pasta (sooo yummy 🤤) If anyone is wondering how to make homemade pasta, it is super easy and fun to make! for one person. You need: - a bowl and spoon or food processor - 100 g (3.53 oz) of Semolina - one large egg - your pasta sauce - a pot of water with a dash of salt - a stove - any type of knife - rolling pin OK, first you get your semolina and put it in your food processor, crack the egg in, and turn the food processor on. Mix until there is no dry flour or wet egg. **DO NOT LET DOUGH GET HOT.** Knead the dough until it is rubbery, put it in a bowl, and put a wet towel over it so it will not dry. Let it rest for 10 mins. OK, now the fun part: get your rolling pin and roll out the dough (rectangular shape) as thin as a piece of cardboard, and now get your knife and cut long strips of pasta. Toss strips in the semolina and then make sure your sauce is ready. Drop your pasta into the boiling water, cook for a min or until it is nice and chewy, stir cooked pasta in sauce, and EAT. soo what kind of food do you guys like? ---

Cool! I like Asian food. It’s spicy, though, but also good. ---
