if that’s the case, then apart from curiosity, there is no insentive to act differently. furthermore, if the differences are minor (such as dialogue) then players might find it too repetitive to play more than once. if there is nothing special about being aggresive apart from npc’s not liking you, then there is no reason to act like that. just a thought tho; I’m hoping the others are creative

Ah, well, it depends on the person. It’s basically just for collectibles achievements, minigames, special gameplay, stuff like that. (not all of that is guaranteed, though)

Uh… been a while…
So, I’ve decided that I’ll have to cut some of the things I had planned because of my disgusting procrastination and unrealistically exaggerated laziness.
Apart from that it’s all going well. Hopefully I can finish it in time. In the meantime, here is a beautiful pic of me and Georgio looking at the fountain:

I just came up with a better explanation. It’s sort of like how you decide whether you want to be good or bad in Undertale by sparing or attacking, y’know? For endings and stuff? That’s sort of what it’s for.
Hey everyone… I want to start by saying I’m sorry
My crippling dippling pippling procrastination has taken over. I sometimes think I’m just too lazy for game development. I’m the type of guy to leave things half done and call it a day by saying, “I’ll do it tomorrow”.
So I won’t be able to submit a game jam game. Sun’s Paradise will still continue development later on, but since the game jam is over, my top priorities are now my novel Deity of Shadows and my nearly finished game, my own Mona Lisa, Agent Boom (I’ll finish up Voidrunner quickly and post it beforehand, though) I’ll post a devlog about Agent Boom if the majority votes so, because I’m not sure whether people want a surprise or not… I’m really bad at keeping things secret so I guess I’ll just go ahead and spill the beans if you want me to.
If there was anyone actually excited about Sun’s Paradise, don’t worry; the game is not abandoned, and I will post things here every once in a while. I don’t want this topic to die, much less the game. Apart from that I won’t guarantee anything.
