I say you should only control the soldiers because it could be like a turn-based combat thing or something like that where it is you in control of your army.
An RTS sort of game where you control the soldiers to fight off threats and bring food to the queen to get more soldiers to get more food to get more soldiers to get more food to get more soldiersā¦
