What note exactly is the regular noise tuned to? As in, the ability to change the waveforms in anything but blocks, what is the regular noise tuned to? Just wondering because [anything]~5 sounds like b8~4, but not exactly, like the ~4 has a high-pitched undertone to it and is quieter?
