This game is the reason I can no longer afford to pay property taxes. (Which in New Hampshire is very expensive)

Basically, you have to get more precisely to 21 than the dealer
if you go over or if you stop and the dealers gets closer to 21, you lose the round
if you get closer to 21 by the dealer going over, you win.
