This is the true goal of any 3d rendering program

@Brohann hahaha, done!
let’s keep the copypasta to a minimum, folks
sorry about that
Thanks brogan for stepping up and saying something about it. Thanks @richard for dealing with it I love 3D stuff and the copy pasta is kind of off topic
okie dokie sir. I apologize for starting an apocalypse again
Hey @Brohann do you think it is possible to make swimming work in 3D
This has a unholy amount of meme potential

I haven’t done much coding in a while, pretty much everything i was planning to make is canceled for now, but I want to share a cool thing I made today after learning about stereograms. I found out about stereograms after finding a garfield magic eye book at an antique store, and started to research them.
below is a “magic eye” of a skull
magic eyes are very hard to see and take a lot of practice. If you don’t know how to see magic eyes, look it up.
There’s also “cross-eyed 3d,” in which there’s 2 slightly different images side-by-side and you have to cross your eyes so that they are aligned to see it in 3d.
This inspired me to see if I could recreate this effect in makecode arcade, so I gave it a shot:
(to view it in 3D, make sure you are facing directly towards your screen. Cross your eyes until the 2 dinosaurs match up, then focus on them. use arrow keys to rotate it)
Sounds cool! If only I could make them work XD
I wonder if you could do something like the stereoscopic 3d but with red/blue glasses?
red/blue glasses 3d requires a lot of shades of colors and transparent images, which would not be very practical for makecode arcade.
can we get an extension update that adds this?
Just a quick note to anyone who wears glasses: At least for me, I can’t get a good focus on Kermit the dinosaur (sorry I just had to make the joke) with my glasses on, so I took them off and could get much better focus. I’m not sure if this will work for people who are far sighted (I’m near sighted so I can’t test it).
I have to admit, you’ve broken makecode. First 3d models and now 3d 3d models. @Brohann STOP IT, YOU’RE FRYING MY BRAIN!!! /j
