I made a Leaderboard Extension

I made a leaderboard extension for makecode arcade. The extension is inspired by @richard 's leaderboard extension he started but did not finish (yet). If you find any bugs please report them so i can try to fix them. The extension uses @Sarge 's betterSetting extension to save the scores on the leader board.
