Change tile properties

Is there any way I can change a tile to a killing tile? I’m making an update interval function that asks for every 2 seconds a random tile gets turned into a kill brick

I mean, you can make a very long if then sequence for it, but I know by heart that you can make a character die if it touches a brick.

So what I would do is something like this:

Forever do:

  1. Pick a random location on the map and set it to a variable.
  2. Set that location to a tile that kills the player on overlap.
  3. Wait 2 seconds.
  4. Turn the location back to a regular tile.
  5. Go to 1.
