you probably can, but you may have to code in C++. Makecode doesnāt support X Y L R ZL or ZR, so you would need to use C++ to hook up the buttons to the functions. I could try to help, but I havenāt done C++ in a while so I may not be as good with it.

It does matter, you gained a lot of attention from a sickness that we know nothing about, apparently you could barely see so you gave your friend your computer password and then your forum password just so that they could write for you in the exact same format as before.
What was the sickness?

Well, looks like Iām gonna have to break my sworn oath to not talk on here (again).
I just wanted to explain this, the reason why people might be more skeptical of things like this is because thereās been multiple makecoders in the past who have lied about irl things similar to this for attention. Trust me, I know first handā¦
Iām not trying to Accuse, neither invalidate you, but like Copy said, some of the details just arenāt entirely adding up. 
Iāll say this as a message to everyone, either way, lying is not cool. I used to lie about stuff all the time, dumb stuff, really bad stuff, it never did me any favors. It only hurt me and everyone else in the end. I still havenāt recovered from the stuff that happened as a result of me being deceitful and thinking it was ok.
