It’s a sad thing to hear, but I hope all goes well in Scratch!
yes, i did.
if you need help adjusting to Scratch I can help I am somewhat of a (cringey because the account was made when I was like 8-9) cool programmer (I am not I just code cool projects to make people ignore my other projects)
TL;DR
I can help I know code lil bit professional
When you’re situated, post the name of the account so we can check out the project.
i’ve been on scratch for like 6 years so i dont really need help and this decision is kinda changing.
and, expect a demo of this project in some time. it might not come out because of the project’s code editing side of things is really slow considering makecode arcade’s editor isnt really optimized too well. we’ll try out best, though!
For the askbox, Coneguy, do you know what JSchlatt did in 1999?
What about a big level that takes place on a blimp? Maybe final zone so it could be basically a hard level with any neat gimmicks (like the ring things in Death Egg Zone from S 3&K or the gravity mechanics), with some pretty challenging bosses (like Death Egg meets Sky Base and Metallic Madness)
It’s also a reference to the prototype ver of cd, when the demo finishes it goes “hold out! Programmer!”
My mistake i forgot to delete this message after i found the account and saw when it was made
HOLD OUT! AGAIN
Apologies for the confusion, but this decision has been very recently reverted. The project is now being ported to Game Maker Studio 2 (mostly due to the fact that, for one, we have a base for it, and two, I wanted to practice my skills in that particular coding language). Again, sorry for the confusion!
Scripts or blueprints?
what?
On gamemaker you have the option between using scripts or blueprints for coding right? Which one are you going to use
i’m assuming you’re talking about the drag and drop feature, and we’ll obviously use the scripts.
so… no more cone 64… sniff sniff
where do i find this
well… not exactly, since it’s being ported to gms2 it’s not gone. TheConeguy just sin’t working on it in Makecode.
Aw man, sad to see the makecode version of this canceled
