Console Log and Splash Block

Good morning. I was hoping to pick some brains today. This will be my first year teaching with Makecode Arcade. I was wondering if anyone had any tutorials/videos on how to use the console log and splash blocks for debugging. Any help is most appreciated  Thanks.

Hi, and welcome to the club!

The MakeCode team hasn’t made any videos on debugging with the console yet, but we’ll be starting to accumulate a video library toward the end of this year, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, I do write about the debugging process (including using the console log) in my blog. You can take a look over there. It also has a lot of other helpful “how-tos” for older students.

Please stay in touch and let us know how things are going.

Hi, KiKi. Thanks for the response. That is helpful and I will definitely check out your blog.
If you need videos for your library, I have started creating skill based tutorials that you are free to critique and use as you see fit
