As you all know this game has been in development for a while now. Well thats because i recently scrapped the engine (Saturn Engine) and created a much better engine that runs and plays much better! This ment i had to push back the date of the next demo! The next demo should be out by next month. Apologies for the wait but in order to make this game the most incredible makecode game it can be we’ll need more time! Thanks for understanding -Runner🏃‍♂️

Thanks for the feed back on this game! It’s been a key focus for me for awhile now and so with the 2nd and final demo coming soon i just wanted to explain the games design. Sonic 4, Sonic Fan games, Mario wonder, Sonic Superstars i guess… and pretty much sonic in general i guess. This game was basically based off Diego: Fate with momentum based elements from sonic. One of the biggest selling points of the game is momentum so i definitely worked on that the most. In fact if i left the momentum how it was in the first demo it’d probably be way closer to being finished but TBH momentum is the key point and should probably be focused on the most. Other than that the story has been improved, a new move was added, definitely no sonic easter eggs… maybe one… or two… or three… or four…

This game Feels great!

I’m unable to hear the music or sound design (PC issue not game)
but everything I can see looks nice

however, the key binding was weird for a minute I’m not used to arrow keys, and for some reason I couldn’t use wasd space enter i did figure it out after some trial and error

also for a fast game like this not being able to see 5 feet in front of yourself kinda sucks ill be running along then loony toons off an edge

You should 2x the screen size for easier visibility I tend to get lost in this game unable to see what’s coming up I know this might be a lot of work but it would improve the game for the better

This is amazing! The movements and physics are super clean and satisfying! Do you think you could add another control setting for q=a and e=b? I find the current control options difficult to use when I’m trying to speedrun a level.
