faster engine that can sustain large projects
umm… I want makecode to share and autosave projects with more images (I think the max is like 5 512x512 images.)
Also, I want online variables, tilemap-based variables, and dither brush (and a few other features that I don’t recall).
We will not have online variables. The game systems you can place your games on do not usually have wifi modules nor do they support cellular data. So no, you will not get online variables.
We got online game already though
Lol my comment is 8 months old now… Before online came… But I still want support for online variables or [something like] the radio extension, but online. And @thegreatone with the current online multiplayer as @danger_kitty mentioned, the MakeCode team has proven that they don’t necessarily care if every simulator feature has hardware support, so it’s still possible that this may exist in the future.
i would like to save player changes to the tilemap in my sandbox building game. i don’t know if there is already a way to do this but if there is i haven’t figured it out yet
You can save the tile map it just is complex and takes up a lot of space
Layers in the image editor.
A Rotator tool on all spots not just horizontal and Vertical
just to clarify in the image editor
24 Colors instead of the pathetic 16.
I think it should be easier to make extensions.
LIke extensions with blocks.
@NobodyNomad sorrey for late reply.
I think in tilemap util there might be one.
I also tried to make it for Mario Maker.
(create a tilemap, save, then reload the project, and load)
oops heres the link:
That’s not possible due to the way MakeCode is built and hardware support. But ignoring that… 24? That seems like a pretty random number
I just thought 24 was a simple, even number after 16.
Hey, with the new color palletes, 16 is looking pretty sweet.
