I don’t know why I blurred this out.
You want to press a to start the bar moving then press A again when you are touching a green blue or purple. Press B to retract your bar. The monster will also attack you so try to win first.

What a great first game, this is fun, I really like how you drew your own rainbow damage bar and made your own sword mechanic-- super impressive! 
The music, animations, and dialogue make it feel more well rounded too!

Sometimes the hit box for the purple can be inaccurate.
New time I make a game like this, I will try to fix this problem.
