Galaxy Simulator (A Sandbox Look & Watch)

Hello guys. In the midst of the presidential election and speedrun of extensions, I’ve decided to ask for help from the community. I’ve created a galaxy simulator, simulating a spiral galaxy, but seems to kind of not look like a spiral galaxy? It looks more like a tornado of dots than anything else.

Mathematicians and astronomers needed please!

Controls

A - Toggles the galaxy when spinning (or not spinning).

B - Speeds up the galaxy rotation (like watching the stars move millions of years in the future).

Menu - Resets the galaxy.

Well, I just played with the numbers a bit, now it looks better, but im trying to stop it collapsing in on itself overtime

I have zero idea how to fix it because I am not good at art, but when I sped it up by 1 or 2 and stared at it, I could see black lines.
