No. It still turns on
@hogan Thanks, this is a valuable info.
I checked official web of Meowbit, they didnât provide any info about hardware upgrade.
So do you know from which version STM32F412 involved?
@meowbitcat
F412 is slightly diff from F401, but these can make its USB drive donât work any more. It possible be recovered, but I am afraid canât make it by yourself.
Reference following:
STM32F412RET6
I really like the GameSlots you created.
I actually made a project before on making multiple save files using thee settings extension.
I deleted It
Where do I find a STM chip expert?
Does it work on a Tomato Cube Machine?
@hogan
Sorry, my fault.
I mean from which Meowbit version F412 be involved?
My first time know this model Arcade device.
I donât think so.
As its official web showed, its chip F411 is difference from Meowbitâs F401. And even the chip is same, I will not suggest using on it, cause this firmware tested only on my Meowbit (V1.2).
Thank you.
haha
Starting from V1.7
What does the Meowbit screen show when it power on?
This may indeed require a professional firmware burning device to solve this isuue, or buying a new one is also a solution.
I already put these photos here
Is there any chance to recover my meowbit?
Hello! Iâm new here, and this is my first post. Iâve been reading this discussion for a while now.
I have a meowbit v1.5, and Gameslots works on it. I donât know what chip it is though.
Also, is it going to brick my device if I change the firmware back to default?
i have changed my firmware back to default and it works just fine!
So does this extension let you have multiple games on your meowbit simultaneously? If so, I would very much if somebody could make a version for the âmake code arcadeâ (the blue game boy lookin thingy)
I used to have a meowbit V1.5 but it broke
@KittenBot Did you add anything so you can change firmware without USB? (maybe SWD or similar) for meowbit V1.7
