I’ve wanted to same something that I was planning to say since 2023 if the game was around being finished but I think the time is right. When I started working on this game during 2021 I always wanted it to be one of the best makecode games on the platform and try making something impressive that can run on this platform, always trying to push it to the limit with what you could do with it. even when the people around me which I wanted to make better games than slowly and more slowly seemed to stop working on the projects they have been working on or just out right quitting, I refuse to quit. one of my main goals in life (even though it’s kind of embarrassing to admit) is to finish this game no matter how long or difficult it might be to. even though I do not post about this game very often I am working very hard on it every day so it will eventually come out.

Yeah, it’s really hard to stay consistent, especially when you’re reaching the end of your life at school and everything is just thrown at you. Things pile up and suddenly makecode is no longer something that you feel like working on as there’s so many bigger things to worry about. That being said, I’m glad that you’re still working on the game but I think it’s ok to compromise and release what you already have instead of constantly working to higher and higher goals.
For Card Delver, I put off releasing it for so long because I just wasn’t happy with it and wanted to add double to content despite it already being really playable. I think releasing it even in an unfinished state was a good move as it’s given me a lot of cool ideas and motivation. It’s also alleviated a lot of stress about never being able to release the years of work I put into it. I also got some feedback for bugs (like for mobile players) that I just didn’t think of at all.
