Here are my ideas:
A medieval open world game
A game where you control a dart to clear an obstacle course
A platformer with a story. Ex. Red Line
A space shooter (even though there are probably enough of those)
A time traveling game
A basketball game
A simulation based around a town
A golf game possibly with good bounce mechanics

I will try to add more over time
