Every time when I publish this game after 3 or 4 mintutes I get the error code 404 like over and over again and really need help fixing

It has been fixed now. They made a software update.

Try contacting one of the moderators such as @richard, and since you can’t share the game over a link you could try saving it into a png file (with the diskette icon or the big download button) and post it here. MakeCode’s filtering systems automatically remove content it finds inappropriate so that’s what’s most likely happening here.
