i have always wanted to learn a new language but i finally decided too a few days a go, i dont know much words and sentence structure is a bit confusing in japanese.

Guten abend! I’m a native English speaker and I’ve been learning German for at least 2 years. I’m almost at b1 level!
Japanese is hard. My sister is trying to learn it this year, and she said she’s learning 1 of the 3 alphabets. …THREE!?

I am learning the Hiragana alphabet, the hardest is kanji which has over 10000 characters ( i think ).

I’m learning Spanish and I’ve learned Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, and am a native English speaker.

I have basic knowledge of other languages such as french and german. Basic meaning i know like a couple of words :sweat_smile:

Only in Japan amirite?

Croatian natively, obviously and English as my second language. I was “learning” German for a few years in school but I’ve learned nothing lol -.-

Yup! I memorized as much spanish as I needed to pass and then threw it straight in the garbage when I was finally accepted into german. XD
