I have not checked out the code, but it might be beneficial for you to generate triangles and put those together to form cubes and such. I don’t know much about 3d stuff, but I know that most 3d engines use triangles to form their 3d objects, and it seems that you could make more complex shapes with them. However, this is great! good job! 
I don’t know that kind of 3D and how to do it, so I made this.
