This is my first game, a dungeon crawler where you play as a mage named Shadow. i would apprecciate suggestions for game bits and bug reports. THIS GAME IS NOT FINISHED YET.

Most people’s (TRUE) first games… are either a shark chasing a fish for 15 seconds (with no tutorial, title screen, nothing. Just straight up getting to the point) or some absolute MASTERPIECE (they are lying)

for my first game i made a weird trashy ripoff of galaga that i put in the sports jam for some reason​

Mine was a maze (with multiple levels!) because i only understood the tilemap blocks and the “move mysprite with buttons” block.

My first game i didnt understand ANY of the blocks. all i used was Sprite blocks and Scene blocks. because i didnt know anything else. so i learned everything the complicated way. until my brother taught me the other stuff and it became easier.
i only make platformers basically. unless you look at my other games… we all start somewhere. i didnt even know you can add hearts or score back then lol.
