Anyone knows how to let my team see the game we’re making? Must be private; no one other than my team should see the game me and my team are working on.

There is, unfortunately, no way to currently do this without being able to get in contact with your team outside of the forums, which is strictly against the forums rules.
do you have another way of talking to them thats not on the forums?
