Non-one used password systems?

In 80s games without saving haded password that then you put it and you turn to a point when you put the password. This will be good to plataformers of future.

actually I was thinking of using this for my game which just so happens to be a Platformer.

it might be tricky because of some alternate outcome stuff but I could probably do it.

i wanted to try something like that but I was not sure how to save stuff to a string other than like HIL6OP with the L6 being read as level 6 but the if you figure that out you can just cheat
