I was wondering if there is a way to copy and paste an array of notes over to another measure. Is there a way?

Copy the hex buffer and paste it onto the end of itself

Right, the easy way out 
Yup, you can move or copy/paste in it.

Mouse click a space instead of a note, and drag along measures/notes you want move/copy to choose notes.

Ctrl+C & Ctrl +V if want copy notes, skip this if just want moving notes

Click down mouse on any note choosen, then drag them to right place you like.
