I don’t think you need a twitch account to see chat, but if twitch is blocked that’s understandable. Because the Makecode Arcade YouTube channel is for kids, there is no chat, and @richard only highlights the occasional comment and shows it on the screen, so unfortunately you do not get to see us in chat on YouTube. :(
