Okokok THIS MATTERS.
I’m going to give a best breakfast based entirely on the SITUATION.
When you’re on the go and just need food just before you go to school, eat BRAN FLAKES.
This one:
AND NOT THIS ONE:
You might think “oh my gawd it’s literally called Bran that’s so disgusting ”, but SERIOUSLY, with warm milk this is my favourite cereal. Period. Like not only is it actually GOOD for you and won’t shorten your lifespan (I’m lookin at you, Coco Pops…) but it actually tastes REALLY REALLY GOOD.
Now, if you’re in a reaaaaaallly big rush, like your-train-leaves-in-two-minutes level rush, eat WEETABIX.
This one:
And this one if you’re feeling sugary:
Oh. My. God. The speed you can eat this stuff is surreal. Like you’ll actually blink and it’s gone. My record is 3 weetabix biscuits in 38 seconds. And, once again, it tastes great! You can eat them in biscuit form without the milk if you’ve gotta head off, so it’s basically IMPOSSIBLE to miss breakfast.
Now, for just the regular day, where you’re not going anywhere in particular, but it’s not a lazy hangabout day, you need to make fried eggs, sausages and hash browns with a selected cereal. In my opinion, this is the core of a breakfast, and if you’ve never had this then… damn. I’ll be honest, there are a lot of things you can have with eggs and sausages, but top of the list is hash browns. I suggest 2 eggs, 4 sausages and 3 hash browns per serving, and a bit less per person if you have a large family. The cereal of your choice should be decently small, to work with the rest. The eggs should be WELL DONE, none of this medium, medium-rare nonsense. Like, bro, it’s just not cooked, say it for what it is. Same for sausages and hash browns.
DO NOT PUT KETCHUP ON YOUR HASH BROWNS.
DO NOT PUT KETCHUP ON YOUR EGGS.
YOU MAY PUT KETCHUP ON YOUR SAUSAGES, BUT ITS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DON’T.
Thank you.
Now, for the absurdly lazy days where you refuse to take off your pyjamas, make OATMEAL. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT, I SWEAR IT WILL JUST MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. And how you do it…
Here’s what you do, if you don’t have a pot (I don’t have a pot), put the oatmeal and milk in the microwave and give it about 3 minutes. Take it out, mix it add more milk, them put it in for 5 minutes. Take it out, DON’T MIX, add more milk, leave to cool for maybe 3 minutes, add more milk, then mix it. Add honey and anything else of your choice.
Boom. Perfect oatmeal.
When you eat it, side it with hash browns, sausages or baked beans. If you’re feeling real fancy, try it with apple juice.
Aight that’s enough from me
